Setting Up Sonarr and Kickass URL

Hopefully this helps and sorry if formatting is garbage. Setting up Sonarr and Radarr with a proxy can be a bit tricky, but don't worry, I'll guide you through it.

Firstly, you need to add the same HTTP address from the top right corner of your Unraid dashboard and port (the same as DelugeVPN 8118 or whatever) in the proxy setting in Radarr or Sonarr. Don't type anything when adding the address - just copy-paste the numbers.

Once you've done that, load the web UI of Sonarr/Radarr and navigate to the settings section where you'll find the option for proxy. If you used Jackett, it's very straightforward and a simple Google search for 'how to set up Jackett in Unraid' should do the trick.

Next, install Radarr/Sonarr and add indexers however you prefer. Make sure to use the correct port number - it might be 8118 or something similar (I'm not sure from memory!).

Native RARBG frequently fails alongside my other indexers as well. KickAss is an example of a torrent indexer that won't successfully test.

For some reason, I've been having difficulty getting my Jackett indexers to install properly. If you're facing the same issue after migrating Sonarr to a new machine, try re-adding indexers and make sure to use the correct port number.

The HTTP address is the one in the top right corner of your Unraid dashboard. I also had the very issue you described, and that worked for me - I just had to update the URL from time to time when they block a new one.

In the settings section, there's an option for using a proxy (Privoxy) - not sure why it's hidden, but try copying and pasting my URL into Windows Explorer to see if it works.

To set up Jackett, simply install it and load the web UI once it's done. You can also follow DarkSpikeX's guide on setting it up and change the indexer URL if Kickass goes down again - just give a Google search for the new URL.
